Refund policy

Our Return/Exchange Policy

 

Please note that the weights and prices listed on our site are approximate estimates. Actual item weights may vary. If an item is heavier than estimated, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. If it is lighter, we will issue a refund for the difference.

 

Online purchases:

Items purchased online have a 7-day exchange policy from the day you receive it. Exchange items must be of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item you purchased online, please contact us at (813)-770-0484 or at dluxjewelers@gmail.com to register your exchange. Note: cost of shipping the returned items is at your expense. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item. Proof of purchase must be provided.  


Eligibility for Exchange:

To qualify for and exchange the item must be unused and in the same conditions as when you received it. 


In-Store Purchases:

If you bought an item in our store location, unfortunately, we do not accept returns, all store sales are final. If the item is unused you may qualify for and exchange for an item of the same or higher value, this will have to be approved by the store manager and it is at his discretion.  


Non-returnable/exchangeable items

Some items can not be returned or exchange, including but not limited to any custom or personalized item, made to order Cuban link chains or bracelets. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to add additional items to the non-returnable/exchangeable list at any time. 


Incorrect Weight or Karat: If the weight or karat of your piece is different from what you were charged for, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We apologize for any mistakes we may have made. We may ask you to ship the piece back to us for verification (we will cover the shipping cost if an error is found).
